We are pleased to offer a convenient pick up and delivery service for your laptop repairs. To arrange a pick up of your device, simply contact our customer support team either through phone or email. They will guide you through the process and arrange to have a collection pack delivered to collect your laptop. You can choose a date and time that works best for you.

Yes, we offer a convenient walk in service for laptop repairs at our repair centre locations in Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, and Christchurch. We understand that your time is valuable, and sometimes you need immediate assistance with your laptop issues. That’s why we welcome customers to visit our repair centres without prior appointments. Our repair centres are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm and car parking is available. 

Our walk in service allows you to bring your laptop directly to our experienced technicians, who will promptly assess the problem and provide you with the next steps to resolve your issue. Whether you’re dealing with a cracked screen, malfunctioning display, or any other laptop issue, our skilled professionals are ready to assist you.

If you’re unable to visit our repair centres in person, we also offer a convenient pick up and delivery option. Simply contact our customer support team, and we’ll arrange for a courier service to collect your laptop from your preferred location. Once your laptop is repaired, we’ll ensure it is safely returned to you, ready for use.

1. 1. Laptop collection or drop off: You can drop your laptop off to our Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch repair centres. Or you can contact us to arrange a collection. We’ll include packaging and a return courier ticket, to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
   2. Assessment: Your laptop will be closely assessed by an experienced technician. They’ll note both warranty and non-warranty issues, and give you a complete repair report with options and quotes. No hidden fees and no surprises.
   3. Repair: Once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we’ll order any parts needed and complete the repair with our high standard of care and attention to detail. Then we’ll test all its functions, and fill in a final checklist.
   4. Return: Finally, we’ll give your device a good clean, then box it and return it straight to your door via courier delivery or you can pick it up from your local repair centre location. 

Debit or credit card payment online or instore. Bank transfer is also available.

Yes. To make the process as stress-free as possible, we strongly recommend backing up your data before you drop off your laptop for assessment or repair.
