Yes, we offer a convenient walk in service for tablet repairs at our repair centre locations in Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, and Christchurch. We understand that your time is valuable, and sometimes you need immediate assistance with your tablet issues. That’s why we welcome customers to visit our repair centres without prior appointments. Our repair centres are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm and car parking is available.
Our walk in service allows you to bring your tablet directly to our experienced technicians, who will promptly assess the problem and provide you with a solution. Whether you’re dealing with a cracked screen, malfunctioning display, or any other tablet issue, our skilled professionals are ready to assist you.
If you’re unable to visit our repair centres in person, we also offer a convenient pick up and delivery option. Simply contact our customer support team, and we’ll arrange for a courier service to collect your tablet from your preferred location. Once your tablet is repaired, we’ll ensure it is safely returned to you, ready for use.
- Tablet collection or drop off: You can drop your tablet off to our Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch repair centres. Or you can contact us to arrange a collection. We’ll include packaging and a return courier ticket, to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
- Assessment: Your tablet will be closely assessed by an experienced technician. They’ll note both warranty and non-warranty issues, and give you a complete repair report with options and quotes. No hidden fees and no surprises.
- Repair: Once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we’ll order any parts needed and complete the repair with our high standard of care and attention to detail. Then we’ll test all its functions, and fill in a final checklist.
- Return: Finally, we’ll give your device a good clean, then box it and return it straight to your door via courier delivery or you can pick it up from your local repair centre location.
