Defective on Arrival (DOA)
In most cases, it’s best to take your device back to the store it was purchased from within 30 days of purchase. They will replace or refund the product.
In Warranty
If your device has a hardware issue and it’s been more than 30 days since it was purchased, Connect NZ will help you and repair the defective components on behalf of and with official authorisation from Samsung.
